PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Joining Sithisak Law Office in 2020, Mr. Saku focuses on corporate, commercial, and tax issues. He works with Advisors and Attorneys at Law in the Corporate, Commercial, and Investment Practice Group where he has gained knowledge and experience in consultancy on legal compliance for the company in Cambodia, preparing applications for submission to all Cambodia institutes and updating and liaising with relevant administration. He specializes in working with Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia and other relevant authorities in Applying for business licenses, business registration, organization and association registration, processing on share transfer, increasing and decreasing capital, changing board members, changing address, changing information of the company, product registration, visa extension, residency letters with the relevant authority.

He speaks Khmer and English.
