PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Ms. Tharany has joined Sithisak Law office since 2017. Throughout the practical experiences and knowledge in real estate, she has provided succinct advice and expeditious support services to diverse clienteles in their commercial and residential real estate projects such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of real estate related agreements, including complex FIDIC agreement, as well as conducting comprehensive due diligence. She also advised several clients on issues related to the construction, sale, and leasing of condominiums, co-owned buildings, factories, and hydropower plants. In addition, she has also diligently assisted her clients in applying for real estate permits, licenses and other entitlements. 

She speaks Khmer, English and French.

REMARKABLE PROJECTS 

• Provided thorough due diligence, agreements, and advice for a Cambodian-Chinese joint venture in its real estate projects with amount of more than USD 100 million;  
• Provided counsel on Hydropower Plant Development Project and on its various agreements with the value of more than USD 300 million;  
• Assisted Taiwanese Company in applying for required permits for the construction of its factories and warehouses with the total building area of more than 74,000 sqm on a 25 ha land;  
• Advising and applying for Co-owned Building Development Business License and property management license for Taiwanese Group Company for its various projects with the capital investment of USD 12 million.
