PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Ms. Dalis specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys to represent clients in criminal and civil cases before all levels of Cambodian courts. Her practice includes drafting and filing complaints, preparing legal documents and contracts, conducting legal research, providing legal opinions, developing case strategies, and negotiating settlements.
She has also participated in due diligence for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and advised on labor matters, including compliance, employment contracts, and company regulations.
Before joining Sithisak Law Office in 2021, Ms. Dalis gained extensive experience representing clients across all judicial levels and drafting legal and corporate documents. She previously served as an Attorney-at-Law at the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC), handling criminal, civil, and land dispute cases. Additionally, as a Program Coordinator at International Bridges to Justice (IBJ), she managed coordination among provincial offices, supported project implementation, recruitment, monitoring, and reporting, and liaised with justice sector stakeholders and government authorities.
She speaks Khmer and English.
