Ms. Dysonyra is an experienced lawyer with over five years in legal practice, specializing in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She handles complex cases for international and local clients across civil, criminal, and commercial disputes, showcases a wide-ranging skill set. In 2024, she advised on over 100 litigation and out-of-court matters for clients in sectors like banking, logistics, energy, and food wholesale. 

She speak Khmer, France and English.

• Assisting a leading financial leasing company in recovering a USD 12 million debt claim in a complex insolvency case in Cambodia;  
• Advising a specialized bank in Cambodia on an efficient out-of-court settlement for a USD 13 million debt dispute;  
• Supporting a shareholder of a prominent logistics company in Hong Kong on a USD 1 million loan recovery, and advising a premium Omakase restaurant in Phnom Penh on a USD 0.5 million contract dispute with a key supplier;  
• Advising and contributing to over 30 favorable civil judgments and securing 10+ preservative relief measures for commercial banks and clients in loan recovery and other major claims.
