PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Raksmey has been garnering her professional experience in corporate and commercial since her undergrad years via internship in legal association and law firm. Prior to joining Sithisak Law Office she has worked in one of a leading law firm in Cambodia and an international non-profit organization that has a presence in over 70 countries as their Cambodia – National Secretary General.  

In Sithisak, Raksmey is an erudite in labour and employment matters extending from labour due diligence to human resource policies and procedures. She is adept in drafting commercial contracts including sales and purchase, shareholder agreement and others. Her additional area is an advisor to corporate compliance and corporate matters.   

Her astute mannerisms in providing tailored counsel to address local and foreign clientele’s legal concerns and her prominent aptitude in liaison bring about parties of interest’s satisfaction demonstrated through her remarkable track of successful execution of investments and their continuous servicing.  

She is fluent in Khmer and English.
