PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 

Ms. Malis served as a researcher at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC), where she gained extensive expertise in legal research, analysis, and the drafting  legal instruments.  

She joined us as a Legal Advisor in our Litigation and ADR Practice Group, where she specializes in drafting legal documents, including complaints, legal notices,  motions, and petitions to the court, as well as providing legal consultation to clients. In addition to these responsibilities, she also supports the team with legal research and translation tasks. She is fluent in both Khmer and English.
