Sithisak advised the operator of a Special Economic Zone on a 50-year lease of 101,000 sqm of land valued at USD 12,120,000, enabling the construction of a non-alcoholic beverage factory.

This investment helps diversify Cambodia’s manufacturing base, supports long-term industrialization within the SEZ, and contributes to local employment and economic activity.
