Along with our rapidly expanding law firm, we are looking for Legal Interns to gain experience in our professional environment.
| Vacancy: 2 Legal Interns Needed Practice Group: Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group |
| Main Duties and Responsibilities: – Conducting research and other necessary supporting duties and reporting to the Attorney-at-Law, legal advisors, and/or the head practice; – Drafting agreements and documents including loan and security documents, letters, legal opinions, legal updates, legal compliance alert, and other legal instruments upon instruction; – Assisting and facilitating in delivering and collecting documents; Liaising with banks’ officer, clients, and/or relevant officials upon instruction; – Performing other relevant bureaucratic works as instructed; and Performing other necessary work as required by the firm. |
| Education and Experience Requirement: – Sophomore (2nd), Junior (3rd) or Senior (4th) year student – Fresh graduate is a plus |
| Other Requirement: English language literacy is a plus Be able to work full time for a 3-month internship |
