នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក នឿម សុក្រវិច្ឆ័យ នាយកគ្រប់គ្រងនៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី សិទ្ធិស័ក្តិ បានចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងវេទិកា «កម្ពុជាក្នុងបរិបទនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ៖ ឱកាសថ្មីក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឧស្សាហកម្ម និងទីផ្សារមូលធន» ក្រោមប្រធានបទពិភាក្សា «វិបត្តិ និងការទម្លាយភាពជាប់គាំង៖ ឱកាសថ្មីសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍរបស់កម្ពុជា»។

ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ លោក នឿម សុក្រវិច្ឆ័យ បានចែករំលែកទស្សនៈអំពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់នៃទីផ្សារមូលធន អភិបាលកិច្ចសាជីវកម្ម និងការអនុលោមភាពតាមបទប្បញ្ញត្តិច្បាប់ ក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពរបស់សហគ្រាស។ លោកបានលើកឡើងថា ការទទួលបានប្រភពទុនតាមរយៈផ្សារមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា (CSX) មិនត្រឹមតែផ្តល់ឱកាសក្នុងការប្រមូលទុនប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាមាគ៌ាឆ្ពោះទៅរកអភិបាលកិច្ចសាជីវកម្មកាន់តែរឹងមាំ តម្លាភាពកាន់តែប្រសើរ ការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តពីសាធារណជន និងនិរន្តរភាពរយៈពេលវែងផងដែរ។

លោកក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីហានិភ័យសំខាន់ៗ ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនវិនិយោគបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងវិនិយោគិនដែលកំពុងពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជាគួរយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ផងដែរ។ លោកបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការរៀបចំរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសាជីវកម្មឱ្យបានរឹងមាំ ការគ្រប់គ្រងទំនាក់ទំនងភាពជាដៃគូឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ ការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនជាមុនសម្រាប់ការប្រមូលទុន ឬការចូលផ្សារមូលបត្រនាពេលអនាគត។ ការរៀបចំខ្លួនទាំងនេះនឹងជួយឱ្យសហគ្រាសកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យ ទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិន និងបង្កើតមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះរឹងមាំសម្រាប់ការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពក្នុងបរិយាកាសប្រកួតប្រជែងនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។

On 19 June 2026, Mr. Noeum Sokvichhai, Managing Partner of Sithisak Law Office, participated as a panelist in the forum “Cambodia’s Next Chapter: Opportunities Across Economy, Industry and Capital Market” under the discussion topic “Crisis and Breakthrough: New Opportunities for Cambodia’s Development.”
During the discussion, Mr. Sokvichhai shared his perspectives on the critical role of capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in supporting sustainable business growth. He highlighted that access to capital through the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) provides companies not only with financing opportunities, but also with a pathway to stronger corporate governance, greater transparency, enhanced public trust, and long-term sustainability.

Mr. Sokvichhai also discussed key business risks as well as legal and regulatory considerations for companies investing and expanding in Cambodia. He emphasized the importance of establishing a robust corporate structure, carefully managing partnership arrangements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and preparing early for future fundraising activities or public listing. Such preparation enables companies to mitigate risks, attract investors, and position themselves for sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.
