នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា បានចេញសារាចរណែនាំស្តីពី [កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់គ្រឹះស្ថានធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុក្នុងការផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគណនីអតិថិជន និងការឃាត់ទុក/បង្កក ឬលើកលែងការឃាត់ទុក/បង្កកគណនីរបស់អតិថិជន។ សារាចរនេះត្រូវបានដាក់ចេញដើម្បីណែនាំដល់គ្រឹះស្ថានធនាគារ និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ឱ្យពិនិត្យ និងអនុវត្តដោយផ្ទាល់តាមដីកាតុលាការ ឬសំណើរបស់ស្ថាប័នមានសមត្ថកិច្ច និងពុំតម្រូវឱ្យមានការស្នើសុំការបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមពីធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជានោះឡើយ។

On 10 August 2026, the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) issued Circular on the obligations of banks and financial institutions relating to customer account information, account freezes, and unfreezes. This Circular was issued in order to instructs all banks and financial institutions to directly review and execute court orders or requests from competent authorities, and does not require additional confirmation requests to be submitted to the National Bank of Cambodia.
