គម្រោងវិនិយោគមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងវិស័យកម្មន្តសាល ត្រូវអនុវត្តទុនវិនិយោគជាក់ស្តែងឱ្យបានស្មើ ឬលើសទុនអប្បបរមាដែលមានចែងក្នុងបញ្ជីអវិជ្ជមានស្តីពីការអនុវត្តច្បាប់វិនិយោគនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
រយៈពេលកំណត់៖
• ចំពោះ គ.ល.ក ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីពីមុន ត្រូវអនុវត្តឱ្យបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ឆ្នាំ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦
• ចំពោះ គ.ល.ក ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីក្រោយ ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ត្រូវអនុវត្តឱ្យបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣ឆ្នាំចាប់ពីកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃវិញ្ញាបនបត្រចុះបញ្ជី។
ករណីមិនអនុវត្តតាមការកំណតខាងលើ៖ វិនិយោគិនអាច ប្រឈមនឹងការដកហូតការលើកទឹកចិត្តវិនិយោគ។
ចំណាំ៖ “ទុនវិនិយោគ” ខាងលើ សំដៅដល់តម្លៃវិនិយោគដែលបង្ហាញជារូបិយវត្ថុ ឬរូបិយបណ្ណបរទេស ដោយមិនរាប់បញ្ជូលតម្លៃដីធ្លី និងទុនបង្វិលឡើយ។
👉 ដូចនេះ វិនិយោគិន គ.ល.ក ក្នុងវិស័យកម្មន្តសាលគួរពិនិត្យឡើងវិញទុនវិនិយោគរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការបំពេញតាមច្បាប់ ក្នុងរយៈពេលតម្រូវខាងលើ។

ATTENTION: MANUFACTURING QIPs
All Manufacturing Qualified Investment Projects (QIPs) are required to implement actual investment capital equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum investment capital prescribed in the “Negative List” under the Sub-Decree on the Implementation of the Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
DEADLINE:
• For existing Manufacturing QIPs: Within 3 years from 27 August 2026.
• For new Manufacturing QIPs: Within 3 years from the date of QIP registration.
NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to meet the applicable minimum investment capital requirement may result in the loss of investment incentives.
NOTE — “Investment Capital” refers to the investment value expressed in national or foreign currency and excludes the value of land and working capital.

👉 Manufacturing QIP investors should review their current investment capital and ensure that the applicable requirement is met within the prescribed timeframe.
